On November 6-7, 2025, the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration hosted the second international scientific and practical conference “Science for Public Administration in Russia.”
The conference included a section entitled “Digital Trade and Logistics: Digital Solutions for Government and Business,” at which Anton Kozhankov, CEO of Astema Group LLC, and Anton Bezhanov, CEO of Astema Group LLC, gave a joint presentation on "Cross-border Transactions. Digital Technologies of Tomorrow in Transport and Customs. Practical Solutions for Business."
During the presentation, the speakers outlined the main trends influencing the creation and development of information technologies in transport and customs for cross-border cargo transportation. They identified promising end-to-end digital solutions used in transport and customs and determined the necessary conditions for their further development. They listed the information technologies that should begin to be used in transport and customs for cross-border cargo transportation in 2026.
